3. Choose a DSO
　　A Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO) is a basic tool for EMCExplorer test. Various DSO can be employed to provide its highest sampling frequency equal to or greater than double the EMI frequency you want to analyze with EMCExplorer.
　　To reduce the antennal effect rising by looping oscilloscope probe and EUT, it is suggested to have the probe pass three ring-ferrite-filters, or to pass one ring-ferrite-filter with three turns.
